docs: record P4-3 factor-support caching + data updater (PR #31) - #32

- Add the P4-3 progress entry (daily_basic / fina_indicator / index_member_all caching on the daily TushareCache; standalone 21:00 data-update CLI; the fina canonical-superset fix for the codex mixed-field blocker; not_ready window). - Append #30 (intraday docs) and #31 (P4-3) to the merged PR list. - Bump the quality gate 484 -> 502 with the P4-3 breakdown (cache 10 + updater 7); validate-config now covers 13 configs (incl. data_update.yaml). - Roadmap: P4-3 done; next = I5 minute-factor wiring + P4-3 follow-ups.
